General

  • This website is operated by Beat Coffee. Throughout the site, terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Beat Coffee (ABN: 24 479 669 821) and “you” and “your” refers to you, the customer
  • These terms and conditions, together with your order, constitute the entire Contract between the customer and Beat Coffee for the supply of our Products
  • No other Terms and conditions will apply
  • The terms and conditions apply to all users of the site including (without limitation) users who are: browsers, customers, suppliers, merchants or content contributors.
  • By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Online Store Terms

  • By accepting these terms and conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years
  • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized use
  • A breach or violation of any of these terms will result in immediate termination of your services
  • We will not provide service to those outside of Australia
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
  • We also reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion

Payment Methods

  • Beat Coffee accepts payment through the services of Paypal and through direct payment to our nominated bank account
  • By filling out the required information on the website’s order form, you are able to place an order
  • If you use the Paypal method we will confirm the order by sending you an Order Confirmation e-mail, along with a Tax Invoice. Your Tax Invoice is your proof of purchase
  • If you use the direct payment method, we will issue you an order number to use as the reference when making the payment
  • Once we see payment has been processed with the direct payment method we will process the order and move forward with shipment of goods

Refunds or Faulty Product Policy

  • Beat Coffee strive to supply the customer with product of the utmost quality
  • However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately
  • The customer will provide us with the order number and contact details, along with a description of the damage or defect
  • Once we receive this information, we will authorise a return of the goods
  • Please return the damaged/defective product in its original packaging if possible and pack them securely
  • The cost of shipping the damaged/defective goods will be incurred by the customer
  • With a return of goods we will replace them, along with an additional 210g of coffee to cover the cost of shipping the damaged/defective goods to Beat Coffee

Delivery

  • Being a small batch roaster, we will not roast until receiving an order to ensure freshness
  • We have a set roasting schedule:
    • Monday Evening – for all orders received before 7AM Monday
    • Thursday Evening – for all orders received before 7AM Thursday
  • We will send out all orders, using Australia Post and by the method selected by the customer on the morning after the roasting days. This will guarantee you will receive product of the utmost freshness
  • Dispatch may be delayed by public holidays and other unforeseen circumstances outside of Beat Coffee’s control
  • Beat Coffee reserves the right to roast and dispatch outside of the above detailed schedules at any time
  • If there are any delays, you will be contacted immediately via e-mail or phone call

Service and Price

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right, as a small batch micro-roaster to modify, add, remove or change the range of products offered without notice at any time
  • We shall not be liable to you or to any other third-party for any modification to product, service or price
  • Our products and services may have limited quantities and we reserve the right, if need be, to limit the sales of our products to any person or customer.
  • All descriptions to products or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice

  • Some content, products and services available via our website may include materials from third-parties. Third party links on this site may direct you to third-party sites that are not affiliated with Beat Coffee

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

  • There may be information on our website that contains errors such as inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions.
  • These errors may relate to products, services, pricing, offers, shipping and availability
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, omissions, and to change information or cancel any orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice. This can also be after you have submitted your order

Limitation of Liability

  • Information on this website is provided ‘as is’ and we do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our website will be uninterrupted, secure, timely or error-free
  • You agree that, on occasion this service may be removed for an indeterminate amount of time, or completely shut down, without notice to you
  • You agree that your use of this website and its services is at your sole risk
  • In no case shall Beat Coffee, our directors, officers, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of our service or product
  • As some states or jurisdictions do not allow for the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law

Force Majeure

  • Beat Coffee shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Beat Coffee
  • Beat coffee shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations
