Cold Brew Concentrate or Nitro Cold Brew Keg

What it is: Cold brew, on tap and on demand. The next step up from the cask, in 9.5L or 19L returnable steel kegs. Choose your pour:

• Concentrate on tap: the base for your iced lattes, tonics and cold brew specials. Mix it your way, straight from the tap.
• Nitro cold brew: a drink in its own right. Poured straight, with that cascading, creamy finish that sells itself.

We deliver a fresh keg and collect the empty. Both need nitrogen and a tap system.

Why it's worth stocking: Zero prep in the rush and zero staff time spent brewing, just a consistent pour every time. Add nitro and you've got some theatre at the bar and a drink that supports a premium price point.

The math:

• Iced Latte (80ml per drink): a 9.5L keg pours around 118 drinks. A 19L keg gets you to roughly 237.
• Tonic Espresso (60ml per drink): a 9.5L keg pours around 158 drinks. A 19L keg gets you to roughly 316.
• Nitro cold brew: drink count depends on your cup size. We recommend clear cups so customers can watch the nitro cascade through. All the theatre of a Guinness pour.
