I've been getting my coffee from Beat for a while now. They've been incredibly consistent. But as a creature of habit I usually stick to the same (Nicaragua) beans, which are really nice. I decided to try all the coffee they have on offer and opened the Brazil BOM today. Firstly, the smell was great and you could sense the subtle roasted caramel and honey tones. I ground 18.3g (grind size 4 on the Breville dynamic duo), and prepared the puck. I noticed my shot was pulling very well, with a nice consistent flow yielding about 40mL in 20 seconds. This was better than anything I'd previously pulled. The smell of the shot, and then the taste was amazing!!! No bitterness or sourness, and wonderfully smooth. Just absolutely perfect for my humble home setup giving me a great sense of gratitude and appreciation. Thank you.
Great coffee!
Yummo
We are fond lovers of coffee and when we got our coffee machine at home we did our research into where to get good coffee beans from. We sampled a number of places but kept coming back to Beats. Every time we have visitors they all comment on how delicious the coffee is.
The staff are also super friendly and helpful, which makes it all the more better. I’ve started ordering my beans online and get it the next day which is very convenient.
I can not recommend this place enough.
Every day I treat myself to this coffee, people who are lucky enough to get some from me always ask for more! No need for sugar, no need for milk… it is just sensational!

What is there to say about Santa Rosa other than Guatemala should be awarded a prize for best coffee region. The Santa Rosa is a delicious bean, which you can drink all day long and feel great. Wonderful flavour, body and crema. This was my first time trying it and will definitely make this part of my rotation.
Delicious coffee. Great service. Quick delivery. Lovely people.

Delicious, especially if you are into this kind of thing – decaf we mean.
We hope you ask the question “Are you sure this is decaf?”…
Very tasty. Great in the afternoon - feels just like a real coffee. Love it.
